01 World-Class Facilities
From LED Screens to the Presidential Signature Fountain
Spanning an area of 9.5 hectares, this national-level sports venue serves as a gift project commemorating the 35th anniversary of Tajikistan's independence.

Built in accordance with FIFA Category 2 standards, the stadium is fully equipped to host international competitions. The seating bowl is divided into two tiers, with over 12,000 seats on the lower tier and 18,000 seats on the upper tier. The pitch measures 105 meters by 68 meters, adhering strictly to FIFA international match specifications. Standing 33 meters high across 5 stories, the stadium covers a total gross floor area of over 42,000 square meters.

The facility features world-class infrastructure: two 133-square-meter LED giant screens, 312 professional Philips floodlights, 50 CCTV cameras paired with 10 standard cameras, and a state-of-the-art sound system powered by 88 professional BOSE speakers.

The main facade features modern aluminum curtain walls capable of displaying breathtaking nighttime visual effects through a media projection system covering over 30,000 square meters. The venue also offers VVIP, VIP, and CIP hospitality areas with a total capacity exceeding 750 guests.
Additionally, the stadium is equipped with 68 international-standard electronic turnstiles and over 1,000 smart fire alarms. A high-grade stainless steel fountain art installation modeled after the President's signature greets visitors at the main entrance.

02 Mainstream Media Asia-Plus Credits Chinese Company PFM for the Design
Tajikistan's leading independent media outlet, Asia-Plus, explicitly stated in its report: "The stadium was designed by the Chinese company PFM to support FIFA projects."
Established in 1996, Asia-Plus is one of the most influential independent news agencies in Tajikistan, holding a market-leading position and frequently cited by international media.

For a domestic media powerhouse with a 27-year presence in Central Asia to single out a private Chinese enterprise is a direct endorsement of PFM's professional expertise.
Wikipedia has listed PFM as the General Contractor for the project, with the entry reading: "At the end of 2024, construction resumed under the contract of the Chinese company PFM."

The Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), an international body, also highlighted the Dushanbe Stadium as a key infrastructure initiative "developed by Chinese company PFM" in its 2024 regional economic report.

From official government recognition to coverage by Asia-Plus, and from Wikipedia entries to ECO reports, these attestations validate PFM's pivotal role in delivering this landmark national project.
