Tajikistan National Stadium: PFM Façade Engineering Breakthrough

Summary

On August 21, 2026, the Tajikistan National FIFA Stadium in Dushanbe was grandly inaugurated by President Rahmon. Inspired by Tajikistan's mountains and rivers, PFM engineered a world-class landmark featuring a unitized aluminum curtain wall with 13,000 custom panels. Completed in just two years with extensive factory pre-assembly, the project showcases PFM's international excellence in cross-border design, quality, and engineering management.

Tajikistan National Stadium: PFM Façade Engineering Breakthrough
On August 21, 2026, the Tajikistan National FIFA Stadium held its grand inauguration ceremony in the capital city of Dushanbe. His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, President of Tajikistan, along with His Excellency Rustam Emomali, Chairman of the National Assembly, attended the event to cut the ribbon.

Today, this modern landmark stands fully realized. We invite you to look back at its architectural origins and engineering breakthroughs.

This video was produced on November 28, 2024. From the initial conceptual stage, PFM’s vision was to capture Tajikistan's identity as a mountainous nation blessed with abundant water resources. We translated these natural features into a modern architectural façade, creating a world-class landmark for a new era.

To faithfully execute the dynamic design concept while ensuring total structural integrity, PFM's engineering team underwent rigorous rounds of technical evaluation. To convey the flowing rhythm of mountains and rivers across the exterior walls, we ultimately specified a unitized aluminum curtain wall system comprising 13,000 customized panels. To ensure maximum precision, we performed extensive factory pre-assemblies, continuously refining details to enhance the visual impact.

From the start of production in late June 2024 to its successful completion in late August 2026, the project moved at remarkable speed. The final output far exceeded initial expectations, serving as a clear testament to PFM's international standards in cross-border architectural design, product quality, and engineering management.
