Project Background

Nigeria Religious & Educational Complex Project
The “Crown of Glory” Salvation Ministries Worship Center, located in the Lugbe district of Abuja, Nigeria, is a multifunctional complex integrating religious, educational, and community services. The project includes a state-of-the-art auditorium with a capacity of 5,000, a fully equipped secondary school with sports facilities, administrative buildings, staff and student accommodation, support spaces, and provisions for future expansion.

PFM acts as the EPC project planning consultant, providing comprehensive end-to-end technical and management solutions. Our services cover project planning, cost estimation, construction scheduling, construction methodology planning, and production and procurement of materials.
Key challenges include a 50-meter clear-span worship hall and a parametric facade design that balances aesthetics and cost. As an EPC project, PFM coordinates dozens of design systems, over a hundred suppliers, and overseas logistics, ensuring smooth construction scheduling and system integration. Project coordination and quality control are critical to success, highlighting PFM’s expertise in managing large-scale multifunctional public facilities.
