Long-Span Steel Structure of Infinite Limit Plaza Project

Guangzhou Infinite Plaza is located inBaiyun New Town, Baiyun District,Guangzhou City, north of Feixiang Park MetroStation, south of Wanda Plaza, east ofYuncheng East Road, west of Yuncheng WestRoad, south of Yuncheng South 1st Road.and north of Yuncheng South 2nd Road.

The main structure consists of two towersTower A and Tower B, both office andcommercial mixed-use buildings, with adistance of approximately 60m between them,In the space between the two towers. There are three-story diagonal sky bridges(span 77.9m, width 17m, approx. 800 tons)and diagonal sky bridges between the 6th and7th floors (span 86.4m, width 20.5m, approx1500 tons)

The construction was developed by our partner GZZHCE.

Step 1: Assemble the side trusses horizontally on the ground support frame.

Step 2: Install sliding tracks on the support piles at both ends of the horizontally assembled truss, transferring the load to the support piles.

Step 3: Install lifting devices and climbing jacks to prepare for the jacking and vertical rotation process.

Step 4: Begin trial jacking and rotate the structure vertically to approximately 15 degrees.

Step 5: Begin trial jacking to vertically rotate the structure to approximately 30 degrees.

Step 6: While monitoring, continue jacking and rotating the structure vertically until reaching the critical self-balancing state.

Step 7: Correct any misalignment and adjust the structure to a vertical position of 90 degrees.

Step 8: Preparation before lifting.

Step 9: Perform the official lifting.

Step 10: Lifting process.

Step 11: Complete the lifting to the final position.
