Located in Conakry, the capital of Guinea, the Guinea Stadium is a major venue for national sports events and cultural activities. Covering 239,610 m² with a seating capacity of 50,036, it has been a key regional sports facility since its completion in 2011.

Over time, the original roof steel structure could no longer meet modern safety and operational requirements, prompting the owner to launch a comprehensive roof renovation plan.

During the project's early technical consultation phase, PFM contributed its EPC expertise by providing shop-drawing development, structural optimization proposals, material system design, and preliminary construction planning, supporting the owner’s feasibility assessment and decision-making.
